The Media Warriors

We are living in an era of an endlessly growing flood of media. What we believe we know about the world through news is becoming increasingly diffuse due to fake news, propaganda, and opinion pieces. Added to this is an opinionated journalism that the book "The Media Warriors" exposes as an existential danger for Germany.
Journalist Michael Clasen has written a rousing plea for the restoration of quality, neutrality, and diversity of opinion in the media. The search for truthfulness is the main task of journalism, not the proclamation of supposed truths.

This trend will be radically exacerbated by the impending AI revolution. The battlefields of the media world are expanding: With the rapid rise of Big Tech and the triumph of Artificial Intelligence, the power of mass manipulation threatens to concentrate in the hands of a few – such as Elon Musk or Mark Zuckerberg.
"The Media Warriors" illuminates the mechanisms of this modern influence and calls for a fundamental debate about the future media world to protect democracy from destruction by controlled narratives. An indispensable wake-up call for everyone who wants to look behind the headlines.
