We have a problem: Although tax revenues alone will amount to just under one trillion euros in 2024, the money is not enough to cover all expenses. We are facing either tax increases or new debts. At the same time, the state is pouring billions into a failed migration policy, an absurd-seeming development aid, and channeling exorbitant sums into a closely meshed network of left-wing lobby groups. These NGOs are the central driver of an ideologically driven spending policy. Numerous associations, foundations, and organizations, under the guise of "civil society," have massively gained influence on government work in recent years.
