Unassailable?

In March 2021, the Federal Constitutional Court declared the Climate Change Act unconstitutional and instructed politicians to regulate CO2 reduction beyond 2030 until 2050 now. The consequences will lead to a climate lockdown and tear apart Germany's social fabric.
The court ignores the scientific discussion, which is subject to high uncertainties, and wrongly gives the impression of an unavoidable threat.
