The Art of Art Theft

John Blumenstein, art dealer, bon vivant, and occasional secret agent, is back and dedicated with esprit and a good deal of criminal energy to his new passion: art theft. Thus, a "small" Rembrandt and a larger Venetian inheritance fall into his possession en passant. But then David, a mysterious secret agent who once saved his life, reappears and convinces John with mysteriously blackmailing threats to steal several paintings, including a large Rubens, from famous museums. John Blumenstein takes readers from Paris to Tel Aviv, to London and Oxford, and from Venice back to Munich. At the same time, a murder must be solved, and only very late does John realize how everything is connected...
