The Amos Case

A renowned virologist defects from a secret ABC laboratory of the Swiss Army – carrying Xaurum, a drug against the coronavirus. The trail of the “miracle cure” leads Major Ken Cooper and Captain Laura Winter to Naples, where in a shady Camorra factory, protective masks are repacked, vaccine doses manipulated, and dubious medicines distributed. Meanwhile, the defector is said to have holed up in a fortress in Kosovo. When Cooper and Winter arrive there, they are already expected. Shortly thereafter, the fortress is attacked, and it becomes increasingly clear to the two agents that far more is at stake here than just their own lives.
