Black Box University

On campus, Franca Bauernfeind was called a "Nazi slut" and her campaign posters were defaced. But despite or precisely because of her liberal-conservative positions, she won the election to the student council of the University of Erfurt. Based on her experiences, she provides deep insights into the (socio-)political mechanisms of university operations: Anyone who does not move within the left-wing and often far-left opinion corridor at the university is defamed and ostracized. While in the past, left-wing and far-left ideas tended not to leave the campus, today they increasingly shape society, because today's students will be tomorrow's teachers, politicians, journalists, and superiors.
