Wolfgang Venohr

Wolfgang Venohr, born in Berlin in 1925, was a historian with a doctorate, a freelance writer, and a publicist. For many years, he was editor-in-chief of Stern TV. The author of numerous television films and publications was awarded the Jakob Kaiser Prize in 1972 and the Joseph E. Drexel Prize in 1979. Venohr died in Berlin in 2005.
