Helmut Schleich

Helmut Schleich is one of Germany's greatest cabaret stars. He has been on stage for over 40 years. His shows are award-winning, his lyrics are as wicked as they are brilliant, and his parodies are uniquely good. From 2011, he was the protagonist and host of his own satire show, "SchleichFernsehen," on BR Television; currently, he can be seen on TV with "Schleich pur." On Bayern 2 Radio, Helmut Schleich tackles a current topic weekly in "Ende der Welt." His column "Schleichwege durch München" appears every Saturday in the Münchner Merkur and tz newspapers. His solo shows have been honored with awards such as the German Cabaret Award, the Bavarian Cabaret Award, and the Cabaret Award of the City of Munich.
