About the Author
Heiko Kleve, Professor, born in Warin (Mecklenburg) in 1969, is a sociologist and social pedagogue, as well as a systemic consultant, coach, and mediator. He holds the WIFU Endowed Chair for Organization and Development of Entrepreneurial Families at the Witten Institute for Family Business at the private University of Witten/Herdecke. In his research and consulting work, he focuses on entrepreneurial families and their strategies for passing on their entrepreneurship from generation to generation.
