Reducing high blood pressure
HELP FROM TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
High blood pressure is not an isolated phenomenon, but the result of a body that isn’t in harmony. According to Chinese belief, an imbalance of the yin and yang energy in the body or an organ deficiency (e.g. of the kidney) can cause high blood pressure. With Qigong exercises it is possible to stimulate the energy flow in the meridians and to dissolve blockages. The body’s fire, which helps toxins to remain in the body, is reduced through detoxification while the diseased organs are harmonised by the energetic circulation. In this way, high blood pressure can be reduced in a gentle manner.
